Cancellations: I require 48 hours notice of scheduled appointment time via Text/ Call . If appointment is not canceled 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged for 30% of your service cost. In case of emergency’s: life surprises us and not always in the best of ways. If you have an emergency and have to cancel your appointment last minute your deposit for your appointment will be refunded. No call no show : no call no show appointments will result in no refund of your deposit. For larger appointments / services you will also be charged 50% of your service cost. Repeat no shows: repeated incidences of no-call no -show appointments will result in being blocked from booking .
